Had a laugh at that since we don't mess with the clocks in AZ perhaps that was the source of my confusion... ya thats it. Either that or the fact that I work for the railroad and never know what day it is anyway

The next month is an ideal time to make sure you are ready to move to Windows 7.

Do you have everything that you cannot afford to lose backed-up.?
Are there any known issues with your hardware or software - and what workarounds are available?
Do you need any special drivers? - if so grab them now before the excitement of the install

The list is much longer than this - the move is in most cases one of the easiest in the history of Microsoft's operating systems - but as with anything preparation will make the task as smooth as it can possibly be.

the fact that you are here is a sign that you are already preparing for the move - so anything you are not sure of please ask - the members here will be pleased to help

The RC is kinda glitchy for me now. It doesn't seem to like steam or Left 4 dead.
    *sigh*

    Mods need one clarification:

Criticizing Microsoft and Windows 7 allowed in this forum -- and especially in this thread-- or not ?

    Thanks

PS: I'm asking this b'coz my comment in this thread was deleted which was critical of Microsoft and Seven.

Since you posts is deleted we cannot judge the content.

The mods allow criticism, as long as it doesn't end up in ranting.
Where criticism ends and ranting starts is their call.

Generally when you write a well argumented but critical post and refrain from to much personal comments, stick to facts you can substantiate, I can't imagine the mods objecting to it.
