Not one I'm familiar with. It seems to be an Australian tax return form. Maybe some of our Ausi colleagues will know more.

ok few more questions, the tax file you are trying to open, does it use a particular software to open it ,if so what is the software, its possible you could get it to run in compatability mode and the same for the game, by right clicking the game exe for example and selecting properties then click the compatability tab then select the operating system you had that it ran sucessfully on.
if the tax file has a software that it uses to open it then apply the same method .

The software to open it may be on line only. If so to open you would need to go to the web site it that it came from.
To save a copy you would possibly need to "Save" it as an HTML/web page once opened.
A lot of receipts such as Newegg and Amazon give you an option to print but not "Save" so your only option is to Save as "HTML".
IE in the top tool bars> You would click page in top tool bar and click "Save" or "Save as HTML".
Or click File then "Save as".

The Properties below showing> Address(URL) made me think it may be on line read only.

Just a thought. If I'm wrong which is possible then just ignore the post.
