    Adding shortcuts to taskbar

i have just bought new laptop with windows 7..my old pc had windows xp and i was able to add shortcuts (called standard buttons i think)along a taskbar at the top of the page just under the menu bar..some of these buttons were move to folder ....copy to folder...properties...folder properties...cut..copy paste and in windows 7 i cannot find this option...my main concer is the move to and copy to folder option , in windows 7 you have to go to edit to move these pictures you cant even right click on a picture and move to a new location...
