Can't "Hover" Taskbar Icons with multiple windows, have to click!

This is a strange issue that's been bothering the living hell out of me. NO one seem to know how to get this resolved.

I installed Tune Up Utilities and just uninstalled it again actually, and done a bit tweaking to the system. Now for example if I have 5 tabs opened in IE (which you can see the little tabs in it's taskbar icon), but when I hover the icon, the live thumbnails don't automatically pop up. I have to click the icon at the bottom and THEN the live thumbnails come up above it.

Please do not tell me this is how it's supposed to work because it's NOT. A fresh installation or new profile does not work this way, instead, any icon in the taskbar with applications opened, shows the live thumbnails upon HOVERING the icon.

    Hello Altjx,

If you mean whan you hover over the taskbar icon itself to see it's thumbnail preview, then using the tutorial below to set the delay time back to the default may help.

    Hope this helps,

I ended up needing to recreate my profile. Thanks for replying though.
