It could be, then again, it could have come from something you downloaded after installation, thats why I said to check the hashes against known good versions of the build to ensure they match...as it would do no good to reinstall if your source is virus-laden... Either way, it is very risky to run your PC with no anti-virus software, as you have certainly found out :-/.
Before trying to reinstall from the same source, I would check the sources validity by comparing the hashes of the .iso you downloaded to the hashes of known good copies...

...I am hoping that the source for your install is a genuine version from a trusted source...or you may have to revert back to Vista until you can re-download a proper .iso if you think your version may be tampered with...
