    taskbar windows!!


    In Vista when you move the mouse over a thing on your taskbar a window pops up and when u move your mouse away it goes away can u make the window stay there in windows 7??

I've searched everywhere for the answer to this!! I can't believe this isn't bothering anone else? I love the translucent look of windows, but when I have a window in full screen mode, I want the taskbar to be solid!! this was standard in vista! A translucent taskbar and frame makes it look...
If you are beginning to get bored with looking at the same plain taskbar in Windows, here is an app, with which you can add textures to the Windows 7 taskbar.
