    Several things come to mind.

If you're trying to print an MS Office (e.g. Word) document, yes, you can solve the problem by resetting the margins.

The problem might be able to be solved by reducing the font size.

Is there a setting on your printer that can be changed, such as the size of the page, and/or whether the document is being printed at 100% size, or some other size.

Margins: In an MS Office document, to set your margins, go into the Ribbon, Page Layout and then Margins. You can use any of the margins displayed or you can click on the Custom Margins link and create your own. The "normal" set margins are 1" so you might try changing your bottom-of-the-page margin to 1.5" to see if that helps. If not, you can increase your top-of-the-page margin as well.

Font Size: Font size is probably not adjustable in your printer --- but check all of the options and preferences just in case it might be. You probably will have to change your Font Size in your document. If it's an MS Office doc, go into the Ribbon, Home, and on the left side in the Font section, just change your font size. If you're printing from a website or another program in Windows, post back and I can give you a whole long list of other ways to change your font size.

Margins and page size come to mind. Would you be so kind and attach an image of an edited text that you're about to print?

If you are having this printing problem using one of the Office products (like Word or Excel), there is a "print preview" function that allows you to see what your documents will look like, including headers, footers, margins, fonts, page size, etc. Does you printed document look it does with "print preview", or different?

Same with printing from a browser (e.g. IE or Firefox). Again, there is a "print preview" that allows you some control over scaling and landscape/portrait so that you don't lose printed output. Again, if this is the source of your printing problem, does the printed output look like the "print preview", or not?

What kind of printer do you have? Any driver options for printer setup? Any support software from the printer manufacturer to handle printing problems like you're describing, or maybe fine-tune printer setup?
