Hi Mert, welcome to the forum.
Truthfully, I don't know the answer, but an educated guess would be that yes, you probably could lose some of your personal files, as well as possibly losing your Favorites. (You might also lose some of your customizations and settings.)
Whether or not this is correct though, is not the reason that I posted. It was more to advise you to back up all of your personal files and Favorites on an external device, so that if any file should be lost or corrupted or not transferred properly, you will have a true copy of it.
And you might also want to set a Restore Point just before you initiate the installation, just in case there are any problems.
If you're unemployed, whats the source of that enterprise copy?
Makes two criminals.
Get a legal version of Win 7 and we will be more than glad to help.
since your "company" doesn't have a software assurane contract with Microsoft, then no assistance.
If you want to take your chances, you can expect your files in windows.old. But that does not always work as expected. It is a lot safer to backup your own files before you upgrade.
I am not going to comment on the neccessity to upgrade in your case and the legalities of the product key.
The Enterprise edition isn't available through retail channels and in any case what would you as an individual want to do with it that you can't do with Windows 7 Professional?

Like Karlsnooks, I smell a scam here and suggest you buy a legitimate product key, and then we'll be more than happy to assist you.
In any event, if you don't want to lose any data, the Windows Anytime Upgrade is the way to go. Buy a product key, click Windows Anytime Upgrade, insert the product key you just bought and you'll have a fully-upgraded system within 30 minutes or so, with no loss of data.
