Windows 7 rc install followed by hard dr switch !!

VISTA 64 installed on c, win 7 later installed ON d DRIVE. Dual boot has been working perfectly until
something caused the drives to switch. now win 7 starts ok but looks for all it's files on c, which is locked, only available to vista 64. .
vista starts up fine, and sees all it's files on c as it should.

my windows 7 repair disk, created at start of win 7, does not correct problem, nor does system restore, nor does vista repair disk..

4 days of trying to fix leaves this self appointed nerd vry humble.

I need help, which will be GREATLY APPRECIATED.

    THANKS!

First verify that your BIOS is set to boot the correct disk. Then you'll need a command prompt. Boot from the Windows 7 installation DVD and press shift+F10 at the first screen. Now cd to \windows\system32 (yes even on 64-bit) and run diskpart and post the results of this command:

    Code:
    DISKPART> lis vol
Volume ### Ltr Label Fs Type Size Status Info
      ---------- --- ----------- ----- ---------- ------- --------- --------
      Volume 0 E DVD-ROM 0 B No Media
Volume 1 System Rese NTFS Partition 100 MB Healthy System
Volume 2 C 7 NTFS Partition 29 GB Healthy Boot
Volume 3 D Data NTFS Partition 279 GB Healthy Pagefile
We'll make sure that the correct volume is active and then proceed to use bcdboot to verify the boot file configuration.
