    Gotta Problem with Shut Down Options!!!!


    hey guys... gotta problem here...
    my shut down options are disable in Advanced options.. i can't even choose any options (like sleep, don't do anything, hibernate,etc..) under power options like "Choose what the power buttons do"... arrggghh..

    i can't even hibernate my laptop because of its unavailability... i tried the "powercfg.exe /hibernate on" solution option, but it doesn't worked!!!! HELP!!!!

    Have you recently disabled any windows feature, this could probably a reason. also try sfc /scannow command in command prompt, see if it detect something.

    In addition, you might check each tutorial below to see if they may apply to you and be able to help to add them back.

    Shut Down Computer - Allow or Prevent Users and Groups

    Shut Down, Restart, Sleep, and Hibernate Commands - Add or Remove

    Shut Down - Enable or Disable Shut Down without Logging On

    i tried that but it didn't found anything that is missing with my O.S
    but anyways, thanks for the HELP!!!!

    oh,,,... thanks for that but... it didn't help out..
    it's still the same... hibernate is still disable and even the shut down options under power options... T_T
