+1 using winrar extract it to a folder and run setup from there. the only problem i can foresee is if you want to do a 'clean install' but as an upgrade this works fine.

Do you have a 4GB micro,mini,SD Card or Memory Stick Duo(psp).You can always use those with a usb reader.
You might even be able to use a pmp.Just remember a lot of mobos prefer Fat32 format when booting from usb devices.

You could just Partition or Volume - Shrink and create a 4GB partition that you can use as a permanent storage base for your Windows 7 install files
