    Since this is a fairly new board, It is definitely built for windows 7 ... while XP sp3 may run on it, the drivers are going to be iffy at best. That being said, a dedicated card for any system will/should give you better performance than integrated graphics ... as for graphic memory I'd try for 500mb if you can afford it ... Good luck!
