Disable keyboard!

For some reason something is disabling the keyboard in windows 7 I notice the speech and on screen keyboard on start up? could that be whats disabling the keyboard?

Yes it could be. If you don't use them turn them off. Control Panel/All Control Panel Items/Ease of Access Center.

Hi, does anyone know what programs allows me to disable keyboard shortcuts on the left side of the keyboard, like the calculator, email, etc??
I want to disable my laptop keyboard but how?

Hello I am running windows 7 pro. I have disabled the on screen keyboard yet somehow some people are still able to access the on screen keyboard. I am at a loss as to how this is possible. Any suggestions?
