I can't change computer description

Hello all,

I have one problem. I can't change computer description here. I am running Windows 7 (7600) with administrator account.

I cant write there, it it doesn't allow me, and not showing Text Select mouse only shows me Normal Select mouse.

Any help would be appreciated!

I dont want to change computer name or domain i just want to change computer description!

But apart from if this will work or not, isn't it very odd he can't type there?

I'll do a run through gpedit. It may be in there. If it is, then it may be tweak related. Apply a tweak here, see an unanticipated effect over there.
