    Problem in customizing cmd.exe

    Hi, Good day to all!
So, I ran cmd.exe and then rightclicked it in the taskbar, there were 3 options (close program, pin it to taskbar, command prompt) then right-clicked "Command Prompt" to open up properties.
In the properties window I customized the size from default to 1200 by 768 (the height and width) and also set the text color to green. But the problem is when I ran it after that (and till now) its coming in its default look??

After some more digging around, I found out that when I run cmd.exe and set it properties it was actually a shortcut to "C:\Users\Razor\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\Command Prompt"???

And, the irony is when I ran cmd from my start menu -> Accessories -> Command Prompt IT CAME JUST AS I CUSTOMIZED IT??? (with green text and bigger dimentions)

So can anyone please tell me what's going on here? And how can I get that customized cmd by typing in run "Cmd" and not by all that trouble of going in start menu -> Accessories -> Command Prompt???

    "C:\Users\Razor\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\Command Prompt"
Is the location of the shortcut. There's only one cmd and that's in %windir%/system32

Do you have UAC on by any chance?

EDIT: Just edit the properties from the top bar, where the close, maximize, minimize buttons are.
