Cannot format, MBR, and more errors

So, I have spent the better part of the day trying to figure this out, at least the last 4 hours. My computer just went down two days ago and no reason as to why, yesterday, it spent all day trying to "starting windows" with no success. Today, I decided to look into this error and after clicking "details" I am unsure of the error code, but I do know it said the MBR was corrupt so I google'd MBR corrupt which brought me to this site's tutorial (unsuccessful due to The subsystem needed to support the image type is not present) when I try to run the bootsect off of the DVD file and I also get, Could not open the volume root directory: The parameter is incorrect when trying to do bootrec /fixmbr. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    --Edit Part
When I type "list volume", it only gives me "F:" as the DVD-ROM and nothing else. Could this be my major malfunction? When I try to type just "C:" it gives me the error of, "The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error." and I am really not wanting to play operation with my laptop.

Fill out your system specs. Don't just post it, click the "My System Specs" link and enter your information.

System Info - See Your System Specs

Post the actual error code. That will greatly help the troubleshooting process.

Hem... does your lap is still on warranty time? if not, you can see if your HDD is connected properly, check on the bios setup if it detects the HDD, if not, try to recconect it... maybe the cabe can be damaged too, but I'm almost sure it is not...

    See ya!!!

No, my laptop is no longer in warranty. And the error is as follows:
    Title - Install Windows
Error - Failed to format the selected partition. [Error: 0x80070057]
I put up my specs as well. Also, it does detect the HDD as well as the other partitions, it will not start at all, safe mode or anything and I can only get into my CMD in the Recovery Console.

Yes, it says that there is nothing to be fixed. I have spent many many hours trying to figure this out, but have no luck.

Locate the western digital hard disk diagnostic and run it.

Now, I have taken my hard drive out of my laptop, connected it via SATA to USB to another computer, right clicked and tried to click format and it just keeps giving me "Unable to format..." and I have tried to run the Quick Test and it stops with like 3 bars left to load (30+ minutes so far when estimated at 5 minutes), and when running the Extended Test to check for bad sectors, I get "Too many bad sectors" so with that being said, I am just going to assume I am completely %#@$ed and buy a new HDD unless there is another suggestion besides taking my hammer to it and screaming obscenities.

I just rescued a 4GB USB flash memory stick that was giving me the message about being unable to complete the format. The method is actually taken from USB Windows 7 Installation Key Drive - Create. Follow OPTION TWO steps 1 to 9, omit step 10, continue from step 11 finishing at step 16.

Maybe I should post in that section, but the error I got when I did typed "clean all" was as follows: DiskPart has encountered an error: The drive cannot find the sector requested. See the System Event Log for more information.
