R for starter 1 gig of ram is way to little for 64 bit. have you down loaded the bluetooth driver?

its not even there it sais no option for bluetooth but the button on my comp is right there

Did you have bluetooth working on a previous OS. Has it ever worked? if you go here https://secure3.tx.acer.com/FindSyst...0Your%20System, and enter your serial number it will tell you if you have bluetooth, and if you do what driver is needed.

Theres Nothing about blue tooth only email and other stuff but the bluetooth button is there

i think i need it to be recognized somehow

where do i get the serial number from i prefer Screen shot directions but ill go by
