    Language packs problem

hey. i'm not sure where to post this, sorry. so today i uninstalled windows c++, i asked my dad and he said it was only an expansion and i didn't need it, but now all of my language packs are gone. i have a lot of korean music/dramas on my computer but i'm not seeing the characters anymore, just boxes. i read the windows site about how to reinstall it but the button saying additional language packs does not show for me and i can't download it anywhere else. i have this program called vistalizator(?) right now which does show the characters but now my entire laptop is in korean..... please help me because i really need it.

i have windows 7 home premium by the way.

Hi and welcome to Seven Forums!

I'm not sure what you uninstalled. Could you explain better?

hey thanks. sorry i should've been more clear

ok so i was cleaning up my laptop a while ago and noticed i had like 12 programs named Windows C++ or something like that and i was wondering what it was, my dad knows quite a lot about computers and stuff so i asked him and he said i didn't need it so i uninstalled it a few hours ago. but it also deleted all my language packs. i don't really need them except for korean since i save a lot of my files under korean names/characters and i can't read them no more, i see only boxes.
