Not sure if this is the right area to post this for help but I'm experiencing weird Aero issues,..

How you might ask i know its aero cause it doesn't happen when i turn aero off here is a few screenshots of what I'm experiencing.

Any ideas on whats causing this? or why?

    Welcome to the Seven Forums
Are you using a 3rd party custom theme or default aero?
Have you made any changes in Window Color and Appearance - Change

Unless I'm missing something in your pics, is it the shadow around windows you are referring to?

I'm referring to the weird lines in the tabs and/or the menu buttons on programs at the top..
