Win 7 DVD burner stops at 98%?

Says "finishing" but never does.
If I reboot the computer and start again its ok but I dont like wasting a blank DVD every time. - p

I have tried using the win dvd burner but I cannot seem to get past the add to folder screen. Once I have added the files I want to burn I do not see where the next step is for actually burning the files.
