Unless the software is activated, you have no right to use the software after the time permitted for activation.

The time permitted for activation includes any source provided mechanism - the re-arm in particular.

You seem to be suggesting that I am trying to avoid paying using non-legal methods, which is not the case, try and read the thread title clearly next time.

Well, they didn't set up the re-arms just so you could reinstall every 120 days and avoid purchasing things entirely if that's what you mean. You'd have to read their license to see what it says about even using the software beyond 30 days. The re-arms were more an "emergency" ability that got discovered, I believe.

Regardless, I will say that given the pre-orders were at $50 for Home Premium, the amount of time you'd lose unnecessarily reinstalling even once or twice isn't worth it in comparison.
