Ambiente de rede is Portuguese? for "Network Environment". It is technacally called a bittorrent application (File Trading Program - like napster did with music a bittorrent does with all files - movies, programs, music and much other stuff)

It uses the folder you see as a place to store the files to trade. I've had a hacker use a brute fore attack into a secure server and install a bittorrent storage folder, which exponentially grew to 20+ Gb in a few days w/movies, etc

If you are sure you didn't install it, and it's not a component of another program or a famlymember's application, then it is very worth deleting IMHO.

But deleting the folder alone is not of much help, if it's a quazi-virus verion of one it wants storage space and it trys to survive attacks. although i dont think it is if I remember right?!

Click: Start and in the serch box type "Programs and Features" and once the list is finished populating, try to locate the program/application and select it with a left-click. click uninstall at the to of the list and go thru the "Next>>" and"are you sure?" screens to delete all traces then the folder shold go away (restart many be necessary for windows.)

you can safely delete it though and many programs like Antimalwarebyte's have special delete instruction sets to get the ones that say they cant be delteted or they're locked! Antimalwarebyte's can be downloaded and used free of charge, and filehippo.com always has the current version.

    hope this helps
