    Hi Barman58, I just noticed traumax has Windows 10 listed as the operating system, unless I am missing

    something.

    I am assuming that the issue relates to a system running Windows 7 there are of course more specific tutorials on Windows 10 Forums

    The tutorial I linked to is more for giving an idea of the options available so should be equally useful for any modern OS

    You can do a reset or repair from Settings > Updates and Security. Your best bet for help would be to follow Barman's advice and click on his link to the Windows 10 forum, this is the Windows 7 forum.
