You can try Windows inbuilt ROBOCOPY command in a .BAT file for file-by-file backups if you like. Its multi-threaded and has a mirroring capability which means its fast and only copies newer files to the backup.

I recently installed win 7 ultimate on my notebook..
it has a performace score of 3.4, core 2 duo processor 4 gb ram ect. I havent installed much onto it, its still fresh and my problem is that right off the bat the cpu usuage is at 50 percent and ram at 85, thats with no programs...
I've recently found out about the cool feature of streaming to your PS3 from your computer.
The only thing is that it is choppy at times, most noticeably when graphics get more intense. Is this some type of limitation of the wireless router (Verizon FioS Router), CPU Power, or tweaking...
