    Windows Explorer is restarting


    Why "Windows Explorer is restarting" from time to time? What seems to be the problem? Any help.....

    Run an sfc/scannow command in an elevated command prompt. If it doesn't work, reboot and try it twice more with each time followed by another reboot.
