That would depend on a lot things... personally, if you were lucky enough to get in on the pre-order deal, I'd wait ... unless you have a serious masochistic personality disorder and you actually enjoy installing all yer apps all over again..

Well, I could just mess with the .ISO file so that I could upgrade.

Also, would Games run slightly better?

Nope, the rtm doesn't include bugs that were inside of earlier builds.

It's a total downgrade. Typical MS skimping on the goodies.

I am setting aside 2 whole days just for the occasion. Not that it will take that long but I am allocating plenty of time for teeth gnashing, screaming, hair-pulling and repeating the phrase "I can't believe I am having to do all this sh*t AGAIN!" and trying to remember the registry tricks I thought I wrote down and now I can't find the list.

For rest breaks I have assembled some whips and chains, a box of broken glass and tape recordings of a lady I used to date. If my inspiration should weaken in any way I will watch clips from the movie "HELLRAISER" and repeat "It could be worse." over and over, again and again.

All in all I am really looking forward to it!

To the point of the thread.... yes you should upgrade. When your ready and not under some time pressure or subject to interruptions, etc. JMO.
