A friends grandkids was playing with her Toshiba laptop. Now when she turns it on the screen says, Start-up Repair, and she can't do anymore with it. She does not have a Win 7 dvd.
Any ideas on how to get past this screen and log into the laptop?

I have a Win 7 ultimate x64 on my Dell Vostro 1510 laptop.
Today I tried to start it but it did not boot.
I inserted my installation disk for start up repair and it said that "It's not for a 64 bit operating system!" but i installed my win 7 from this disk!
