Win7 is searching drives and folder when I open them

    There's a little Justice Scale in the upper right hand corner of each user's posts. You just click on that to Add Reputation to anyone who you feel deserves added reputation points on the forum.

    In Power Options I set "Turn off hard disc" to "Never". Two hours later I tested my system by opening various hard drives and the searching/delay problem has vanished.
