guys im experiencing a very frustating problem...everytime i open games or apps it is not in full screen mode and it flickers when i click...i already updated the drivers for my video card...i experienced this after uninstalling RegistryEasy

Did you let RegistryEasy do any system (registry) changes?
The best course of action is to perform a System Restore to a date before you installed RegistryEasy. If that was too long ago then second best would be to restore to a date before you first experienced the problem.
yes i used registry easy to do changes...that was too long ago...how can i restore it?...plz help me im not the computer techie type
Just a suggestion, Download Glary Utilities and remove RegistryEasy and the run a registry repair using Glary Utilities. Or, just do a repair using the Win 7 Disk and or a complete reinstall of Win 7.
Someone else may have a better suggestion.

Your best bet may be a repair install as this tutorial shows.
It doesn't affect your applications or personal data, but it refreshes your Windows installation.

It won't help you now, but if you try to use any registry cleaners in the future, it's always best to backup the complete registry first, so you can restore it if you get problems such as those you are currently experiencing.
This is one reason why I'm against registry software. At any rate I would highly suggest the fix seavixen linked to.... Repair Install.

I'll second this.
While experienced users may know better about what they can and cannot do with regards to the registry most beginners and intermediate level users SHOULD NEVER TAMPER WITH THE REGISTRY unless they are helped by a highly experienced user like one of the gurus here.
I'm a intermediate level user with maybe a bit more experience than most users of this level and I still almost never make changes to the registry unless an expert directs me to do so because I am having serious troubles.
Regarding cleaning the registry.....in especially in Vista and 7 using a cleaner will almost never increase OS speed or performance, and even with XP rarely.
The damage you can do will make you really frustrated and cause you hassles. You may not even be able to get the OS to boot!
THINK BEFORE YOU MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE REGISTRY.. EITHER MANUALLY OR USING A REGISTRY CLEANER!
Had that issue yesterday where I would get a black line flickering thru the screen anytime that I would move the mouse and had made some change of ownership of the C: drive where I added myself and took ownership, once I change it back to administrator owning the drive then the flicker stop so have you made any changes or added some software before the flicker started. Like Sygnus and Legacy stated, always make a backup of your registry and a restore point prior of making any changes or adding new software, this way if there's any issue, you can just restore from the last point.
