Making changes to your system with no backup invites the predicament where there is no solution other than to wipe and start over. That's the point.
Just because you invite a person to come some where, does not mean they have to come. At this point, you have offered nothing constructive towards troubleshooting the problem. Jumping ahead to a format and clean install is like saying something is wrong with your vehicle, so put a whole new engine in it when all it really needs is a new part.

I can't undo what you've done from here.
Nor did I ask you to undo it. I asked for ideas on how to resolve it which is exactly why communities like this exist. So that people can ask for help when a problem arises. I asked you, and the members here in general, if it was a good idea to try to uninstall the updates. You completely ignored the question and simply preached about back ups.

I came here asking for help to troubleshoot the problem. so far, you have failed to offer much help on either. So i kindly ask, if you have nothing to contribute towards fixing the problem with out doing a wipe, please stop wasting your time and mine. you made you point. Preaching resolves nothing.

Have a go at uninstalling NoNameScript 4.22 ? Maybe a reinstall of FF would help too.
I was just coming back to update the thread. I obviously was not going to just give up and format over soemthing that could likley be fixed with a little effort. I missed your post earlier, but I eventually uninstalled mIRC and NNScript. Reinstalled them and seems to be working fine. I am going to reapply the updates for the sake of testing as I am curious if they truly were the culprit as I suspected. Even though I did this on my own, thanks for providing a possible, and in this case factual, fix.

EDIT: I reinstalled the updates, as I said I would, and for some reason it seems everything works just fine now with out even formating.

Good to hear you fixed it. Windows is, well Windows sometimes. Where else do you push a "Start" button to stop?
