    Windows 7 is not XP....if you keep treating it like it is, you will keep having these problems....back up any important data, and do the clean install, then leave the registry alone....Windows7 will turn the services on and off as needed.

    my technik didn't help, could you guys tell me more about win8, is the framework architecture hardcoded to the os
    like in win7 as well ?

    The fix:

    ok, for those who are interested in the future, since everything is hardcoded in win7, here's
    a silent os install of framework 3.5:

    Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 Silent install
      My Computer
