Taskbar messages that can't be seen

Does anyone have any idea how to view the messages that pops-out from the taskbar other than error messages? As I have pop-out messages which blinks only once, thus, I was not able to see what was the message about.

Hello Kelkel, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Depending on if this is a notification dialog box, you could see if increasing the amount of time that these stay open for may be able to help. The tutorial below can help show you how to. It's for Vista, but the procedure is the same in Windows 7.
