Hi sandip0710 and Welcome to Seven Forums.
You mean the pendrive does not respond when you try to open files on it?

If it is hanging on both computers with Windows 7 and XP, the drive is likely bad. Try different USB ports or even USB ports on a friend's computer. Reboot the PC before trying to read the pendrive.

If the data is so important then why don't you have a backup of it? I see the same scenario over and over again, and it's just a shame...

Try your drive in a different USB port, see if that stops the continuous disconnect/reconnect issue.
If yes, don't open it in Windows Explorer or anything similar. Instead, try scanning it with Recuva and use that to copy any files it finds to your computer.

Did you read my previous post?

(Did you check if the plug and USB jacks are clean/dust-free?)

This might not have anything to do with your issue but it shouldn't do any harm and might enable the drive to function sufficiently for you to retrieve your data - get some electrical contact cleaner and use it on the drive and the USB port.
