Did you read my previous post?

(Did you check if the plug and USB jacks are clean/dust-free?)
I have read your post. already downloaded recuva, cleaned all things, but the main problem is remains...disconnect/reconnecting within a few seconds that cant be recovered also by recuva. Any solution?

You can try first Safe Mode and then Safe Mode with Command Prompt.

Run Chkdsk /F on the USB pen drive and then try to copy the files to Hard disk.

That means one of two things. Either the USB port is bad (try another port) or the drive is bad, at which point you aren't going to get your data unless you feel like spending a small fortune.
