Mistakenly, I have turned up the User Accounts Control up to high??
What should i do next,?
What should i do next,?
turn them down again if its causing you problems ?
Simply go to the start orb and type "user" and third or fourth choice on the list should be "change user account control settings" with a little flag next to it, click that and set to your desired level
It won't work though.
I am the admin on the system and server, but security, change ownership on files. Access denied, Please contact your system administrator. When im admin. and it will not access the UAC.
Try a system restore to a point before you altered your UAC settings.
If that doesn't work you can assume your user profile is corrupted.
The best way round that one is to create a new user account, set it up as you want it, and then delete the old one.
Its ok now just set the UAC Off Because Its Annoying Me, But Through A Third Party Active Directory Tool.
OK, thanks for the update, but don't forget your computer is more at risk by turning UAC off.
