    Removing References to Libraries

I was wondering if it was possible to remove the libraries drop down in Explorer, as it is just a waste of space for me. Network too infact. I only use Favorites and Computer. Also, I would like to change the buttons in the start menu(Documents, Pictures, Music, Videos) to point at the folders themselves, instead of the libraries, is this possible? If so, how would I do that? Thanks!

It looks like it will fix the one part of my problem. But sadly I get stuck on step #5, as the boxes are grayed out. My account is listed as an admin account. Do I have to login to an account actually called Administrator? When I look in the User Accounts Control Panel I only see my account and a disabled Guest account.

Anyone know why they are grayed out for me? Am I missing something obvious?
