What are choices under Storage Config?
you can see them at second screenshot.

I see for the first time you have 1 TB HD, which may require having a smaller OS target partition for installer to see it. Have you tried another HD yet?
i formatted that HD more then 5 times and just one with the new mb and i never had a single problem, plus i dont have another hd at the moment.
What is the exact failure message or behavior again? Try now.
    here you are.

What is the exact failure message or behavior again? Saying it "stuck at ACPI core revision" isn't enough. Try now.

You may be able to get around such an ACPI error in the ACPI config settings.

This is after you get the prompt to "Press Any key to boot DVD" then files load, then it hangs at the Win7 Startup Animation?

And the Ubuntu and Partition Wizard Linux boot disks both hang at the exact same ACPI: Core revision?

iI dont get any "press any key to boot dvd" it will just boot it,load the files and then it will stuck at startup screen without the windows 7 colours animations just the letters.
Ubuntu and partition wizard hangs at the exact same ACPI core revision as you said.

Try disabling "USB BIOS Legacy Support" in the BIOS

    Do you have PS2 keyboard?

If not use the battery method: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

The fix was from Ubuntu forum for hangs on ACPI: Core Revision.

    Try the install.

Likely the two Linux disks revealed the exact hang which is hidden in Win7 install by the boot animation.
