    Welcome to Windows Seven Forums.

How did you restore your Dell?

Did you clean install or did you carry out a Dell factory restore?

If it was a clean install you'll need to go to Dell Support for any drivers that are missing - check in Device Manager to see which ones you need.

    Welcome to Dell Technical Support

You may need to choose a different region to the USA depending where you live.

Do you get the same effect in Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, for example?

Well, it will prove whether it's Firefox or your computer if you install Chrome or IE9.

You can always uninstall them if you prefer not to use them.

In the absence of any other replies, I'd be inclined to ditch Firefox and use a different browser.
