Windows 7 File Location - Standard User Privileges

I am developer of a niche training program sold world-wide. Two versions: (1) Standard version - permanent installation.
(2). Time-limited version, intended for students who take a seminar and bring their own (or company) computer.
For version (2), I want students to be able to INSTALL and UNINSTALL the program, with only standard user privileges. (They may bring a company computer that provides them with only standard user privileges.) With only standard user privileges, executables cannot be installed in c:/program files. Where is the best place for my installation program to install files: Executables. Data Files. Suggestions, please.
