Principle computers....
Ah, ok. You bought your computer from a supplier who builds computers for customers. You probably do not have a recovery option, then. Do you have a Windows 7 disc that came with your computer?
It looks like they do the repairs for you if you run into problems like this. There is no option to fix it yourself; you will have to find the nearest store and have them do the technical support. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
If you have them fix your problem, you can come back here and check out the backup and restore forum to learn how to prevent having to do this again.
Actually, before you go get help elsewhere, there is something I do not think was tried. Go into Start Menu->Right click My Computer->Click Properties->Click System Protection->Click System Restore. Tell me what you see.
