I'm really enjoying these forums, but I have one problem; what's the deal with nested quotes being enabled?

If you want the quotes individually, then use the multi button on each post except the last one. Use the quote button on that one. If you quote someone that quoted someone you get nested quotes.

Well, it is about time for my next "Welcome to the new Members".

Welcome to all the new members who I haven't had the chance to greet. You all keep coming through the door so fast, I can't keep up with you all individually.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Please fill in your system specs in the USER CP if you can. It will make it a lot easier for folks who are trying to help you if we know what you are working with.
