    Toolbar recommendations?

There are a few programs that I use again and again. Any recommendations on what a good toolbar/launch bar would be?

    Thanks,

Are you talking about a dock? Here are three that all have free versions.
    ObjectDock
Stardock Corporation - Software - ObjectDock

    RocketDock

    Nexus Dock
Winstep Nexus Dock and Nexus Ultimate - The Advanced Docking System for Windows

I use Nexus also I really like it has a lot of different options and ways to customize it, 1 bit of advice it will put a Winstep Folder in your public documents folder copy that folder to your username my documents folder and when you go to make a backup of your dock settings make sure it points to your username my documents folder if you ever needed to a system restore you will have it for some reason if it's in the public documents folder it does not save anything.
