How would I confirm BIOS information?

My notebook manufacturer asked me to confirm the information pasted below, can you tell me how to do that
They informed me that having "TPM State" in the BIOS would mean I should be using Synaptics and not ALPS

This is the stuff they sent me:

    NP2096 (T) CMOS Setup:

    Phoenix SecureCore
    (tm) Setup Utility
    Main TPM State Boot
    Exit

    System Time: [16:46:26]
    System Date: [03/18/2009]

    Product Name: N/A
    Serial Number: N/A

    System Memory: 640 KB
    Extended Memory: 4093 MB

I'm a little unclear on the concept.

They want you to confirm that the system time is 16:46:26???

That's only going to be true 1 second per day.

    How about some more information.

woops, nope. They want me to confirm the BIOS has that TPM or tm stuff in it. If it has it, I will know which driver manufacturer to use. All the other stuff is just what they sent in the email...

sorry wish I could tell you more than that.

When you boot, there should be an indication on the screen which key you press to enter Setup. Press that and you can look at the BIOS information you need. Often it's F1 or F2 but some brands use F10 or Del ot some other combination. Your users manual should tell you how to do this.

I found this: Sager NP2096 Owners Lounge - Page 133

Looks like F2 is what you want.
