GUYS! thak you so much... sevenforums.com ROCK as expected... i am using this forum for the first time but never expected that i will get amazing support from a non-official forum.

anyways... i worked out the problem by going into safe mode and using the hidden administrator account and getting myself the access back.

    THANKS sevenforums

You have administrator rights yourself I assume? You can install programs I expect. But default you don't have that privilege and an install program prompts to elevate your rights. only builtin admin account has all rights active by default. You could have run explorer.exe with admin rights

    1-kill explorer.exe
    2-start evelated command prompt
    3-type: start explorer

what rights did you give the USERS-group? or don't you mind about security?
