Your system specs show only that you have a Windows 7 x64, not mentioning which edition. If you have Windows 7 Ultimate or Enterprise edition, you can download and install a language pack of your chosen language (for instance Russian).

Language pack allows you to set a master language, which is used on Welcome, login and logoff screens, as well as in new user accounts. You can also set each user account to use a different language, as this login screen of one of my computers shows:

On this PC I have user accounts in Finnish, Swedish, English and German. All accounts completely translated to respective languages.

Language packs are not available for Starter, Home Basic, Home Premium and Proffesional editions. Installing a language pack on these editions can cause your Windows to lose it's genuine, licensed status as told here.

To install language packs: Display Language Packs - Install and Uninstall
To change display language using a language pack: Display Language - Change

Ok, I think. Go ahead and instal Cyrillic language pack if you haven't tried that.
And as this was suggested as well I need help - My computer does not read Cyrillic

But I know that windows 7 has it and that's why I don't need to install a Cyrillic pack. Do you have any idea how to add it from windows?

    Change the system locale

The system locale determines the default character set (letters, symbols, and numbers) and font that you use to enter information and that are used to display information in programs that do not use Unicode. This allows non-Unicode programs to run on your computer using the specified language. You might need to change the default system locale when you install additional display languages on your computer. Selecting a different language for the system locale does not affect the language in menus and dialog boxes for Windows or other programs that do use Unicode.

1.Open Regional and Language Options by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Clock, Language, and Region, and then clicking Regional and Language Options.

2.Click the Administrative tab, and then, under Language for non-Unicode programs (System Locale), click Change system locale. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

3.Select the language, and then click OK.

To restart your computer, click Restart now.

Hi, I was facing the same problem. I solved it this way:
Go to Control Panel (Start -> Control Panel) double click on the 'Regional and Language Options' icon, then select 'Administrative', then click on 'Change system locale' from 'Language from non-Unicode programs', select 'Russian (Russia)', it will ask you for a restart, click yes and BAM! You can read subtitles in russian. Cheers :)
