32 vs 64 bit IE & WMP

I would like to ask you all if you know whats the difference between using 32 vs 64 versions of both IE 8 and WMP 12

All help appreciated in advance

Once you're on a 64bit OS, because 64bit can handle large amounts of memory more efficiently than 32bit,a 64-bit system can be more responsive when running several programs at the same time and switching between them frequently.
