accessing the "Send to" file

Hello. I have tried in vain to add a file to the send to folder. I have pasted in the address as shown in many help programs but all that turns up is the normal screen filled with places one can find how to add to send to.
I want to add Power Point Viewer to the send to folder. Can anyone show me the exact steps needed to achieve this? Thank you.

Enable viewing of hidden folders.

The send to folder is within your user profile folders.

Create a shortcut there for the option you want to have showing.

I have a W7 32bit laptop and I do not have MS Office installed. I have been using Hotmail until a couple weeks ago when I was "converted" to email - which I like OK. When I'm using a browser - IE9 in this case - and when I click on "send link as" or "send page as", it launches Windows...

Default "Browse for file" location in web browser "choose file" box
Hi, how can I change this? Some background - this may not be the issue I need to solve at the end of the day: I believe the location is causing crashes, since I blew up lots of Library registry values (in an attempt to remove them from the OS), and I think it defaults to the library page....
