Computer crashes and restarts displaying no errors (New system)

Hello, new to the forums and this is my first post, I built a brand new computer for the holidays and it has been working fine. brief run down of hardware would be:

    Windows 7 Ultimate x64
    ASUS M5A99X EVO- Motherboard
    Radeon HD 6770- Graphics
    AMD FX-6100 - processor
    8 GB Patriot G2 DDR2 - Memory
    Diablotek 600 Watt- Power.

The computer has been running flawlessly using a 55" tv as a monitor with graphics on ulta for 2 weeks or so, there is barely anything installed on the computer besides necessary programs and 1 or 2 games at the moment. For the 2nd time now the computer has shut down instantly giving no warning, displaying no errors or coming back with any errors after running Windows 7 trouble shooters, the first time the computer had been on all day so I thought maybe over heating. But this second time the computer was only on about 5 minutes and did the same thing, I put a lot of time and is the first computer ive built so I would like to fix it before anything gets damaged but im not sure where to start. BOTH crashes Were during a game but there has been no system changes or installs in the past 2 weeks in which it was already running flawlessly.

Have you looked in event viewer?

Please download VEW by Vino Rosso http://images.malwareremoval.com/vino/VEW.exe
and save it to your desktop
Double click it to start it Note: If running Windows Vista or Windows 7 you will need to right click the file and select Run as administrator and click Continue or Allow at the User Account Control Prompt.
Click the check boxes next to Application and System located under Select log to query on the upper left
Under Select type to list on the right click the boxes next to Error and Warning Note: If running Windows Vista or Windows 7 also click the box next to Critical (not XP).
Under Number or date of events select Number of events and type 20 in the box next to 1 to 20 and click Run
Once it finishes it will display a log file in notepad
Please copy and paste its entire contents into your next reply

I just got off the phone with ASUS they told me my motherboard was released way before my processor and they were suprised it was working in the first place due to outdated BIOS and that they need to send me a new BIOS chip that will take a few days to get in.

Are you overclocking the processor at all or have you changed any settings in the BIOS related to the processor? It could be as simple as a BIOS update, but you never know.
