How do I enable lock when screen turns OFF?

Hi all,

As the title says, I'm looking for a way to enable the lock screen when the screen turns off. I have found the option to require the user's password when the computer wakes up from sleeping, but I need it to lock when the screen turns off (after 5 minutes on my computer.)

This is just for extra security because I'm forget to press CTRL + L quite often.

Easiest way is to set a screen saver for the screen switch of time and use the option to require password on wake - the blank screen is as good a saver as any to pick
