I find that no matter what reader I use previews of PDF documents is iffy. I can get them to show only by opening the PDF reader and using File open on the directory. It then shows previews of any PDFs that have shown in the open dialogue. The previews stay until the icon/thumbnail cache is rebuilt then they revert to the PDF reader icon.
good link boscharun, fortunately the pdf fix allows me to preview them also ,but for those who havent been able to get the fix to work for them then this will help
Hey Kado897, I don't get you. Install the pdf preview tool, open your explorer, navigate to a folder having a pdf and just select the pdf. The preview section on the right side should show you a preview of the first page. And yes, the whole idea of preview is to show a preview of what you have currently selected.
thanks for the useful info.before reading this post, I uninstall the Adobe reader and install again and again, and also I tried other pdf reading plugin for windows . but in vain.and thx to the tutorails.
